Interest-free loans

If you own a property in the UK, we may be able to offer you an interest-free lifetime loan for house adaptations or repairs, which will be secured on your property. Typical loans could be to provide a stairlift or to convert a bathroom for use by a disabled person.  Loans may also be considered for ramps, grab rails and widening doorways to accommodate a wheelchair.  No repayment is required until the property is eventually sold.
